I put Angerwhale 0.061 on the CPAN.  It fixes a few test failures and
a minor URL encoding issue.  I'm going to keep releasing these minor
versions until I get some PASS reports from the CPAN testsers.  A bad
SIGNATURE file (how ironic) has been preventing that thusfar :)
