A few minutes ago, C<purl++> became the first thing on Ircxory
(L<http://ircxory.jrock.us>) to have 100 karma points.  (It would have
been sooner if I didn't wipe the database when I converted from
OpenBSD to Debian.  Oops.)

Anyway, C<purl> seems pretty happy about this:

In case you're wondering, there are currently C<227> users using
C<344> nicknames.  They have karmed C<1705> different things, for a
total of C<3577> karma events.  Fun!

to add it yourself, just get the code from L<http://git.jrock.us> and
hack away; the source is completely free (and I'll send you the DB if
you want it).

Even if you don't want to hack on it, it's worth a look.  It's a good
example of the thin-controller style of web application (and ircbot)
design.  I'll be talking about the design philosophy at PPW, so come
prepared by reading the code. :)
